Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility and a proud member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join its hospital-owned multi-specialty group in Redding, California. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights
Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group
Practice Scope: All ages, with focus on chronic care management and internal medicine patients
Clinic Locations: On-campus and nearby satellite clinics (10-15 minutes from hospital)
Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts), no weekends
Call: No call responsibilities

Competitive compensation package
Base salary $100,000-$160,000/year (negotiable) + productivity bonus (based on collections)
