Northern Light Health Eastern Maine Medical Center seeks a part-time board-certified or board-eligible hematologist/oncologist to join their Cancer Institute and staff clinics in Bar Harbor and Ellsworth, Maine. Northern Light Health Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a board-certified/board eligible hematologist/oncologist to join our Cancer Institute in Brewer, Maine to staff two clinic sites located in the scenic towns of Bar Harbor and Ellsworth. This position is to service clinics in Bar Harbor home of Acadia National Park as well as in Ellsworth. The main oncology group members will cover call, vacation coverage as well as inpatient management. Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is a 411 bed, regional tertiary care and ACS verified level II trauma center serving a patient population of 500,000 living in the northern 2/3 of the state's geography. The hospital is a base for LifeFlight of Maine, a critical care air transportation service flying nearly 900 missions per year.
