The Staff Pad is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Technician to join a respected healthcare organization in Helena, Montana. This team is dedicated to putting people first while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience as a generalist clinical laboratory technician in a hospital setting preferred.
  

• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods, quality control, and safety practices.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  

Education

• Associate degree in Medical Technology or equivalent preferred.
  

Licensure/Certification

• Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent required.
