Opportunity:
Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week)
• 16-week contract length
• Float requirements to be determined
• On-call and callback requirements as scheduled
• Weekend and holiday requirements as scheduled
• Must be within 75-mile radius of facility
• Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine specialty experience required
• Required certifications: NMTCB or ARRT certification, Kentucky State Certification, AHA BLS
• Must be graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology/Nuclear Medicine program
• Ability to operate Nuclear Medicine equipment required
• Knowledge of Keyboard Patient Registration and Siemens Software required
• Provide radiologic care to patients for diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders
• Operate Nuclear Medicine scan units to perform clinical diagnostic procedures as directed
• Charting experience in Epic required
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
