Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 30 days if eligible for temporary/locum tenens privileges
Requirements: (I.e., no license or hospital privilege/membership actions, no significant malpractice history) Must be on ACTIVE staff at a TJC accredited facility with no privilege restrictions.
