- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with call 4-6 nights per month
- 350 patients shared between providers
- Telehealth visits available
- Experience in hospice work required
- Crisis visits and GIP admits experience needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
