Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekends: Every other

Position Summary:
The Travel RN – Med-Surg Float Pool will provide competent nursing care across multiple medical-surgical units in a large academic hospital. This role requires flexibility to float between units, strong clinical judgment, and proficiency in using Epic for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of med-surg experience at a 600+ bed academic hospital with passing competency testing score OR
Minimum 2 years of med-surg experience (no testing required)
Current RN license
Epic experience required
BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients across multiple med-surg units
Float between units according to staffing needs
Utilize Epic for accurate documentation and patient management
Work rotating weekends and holidays as required
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
