Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesOur multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. Practice Highlights:

- 100% outpatient practice focused on comprehensive care
- High prevalence of chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension
- Opportunity to precept family medicine residents (compensated preceptorship)
Flexibility and Exceptional Work/Life Balance:
- Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday; no weekends
- Flexible scheduling: 5 or 4-day work week available
- One clinic location, no hospital call
- Candidates open to working evenings are a plus, though not required
- Live and work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Taho

- Excellent earning potential with a guaranteed salary of $246,755 - $296,789 / Year for the first two years

Job Requirements- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
