Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:

  • Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine services to a diverse patient population, managing both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
  • Perform advanced diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and fetal echocardiograms.
  • Manage and treat conditions including birth defects, genetic disorders, pre-eclampsia, growth restrictions, and multiple pregnancies.
  • Utilize your expertise in handling chromosomal abnormalities, congenital abnormalities, pre-term labor, hypertension, and thrombophilia.

• Practice Details:

  • Setting: Office/Clinic
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 50
  • Support Staff: 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
  • Facilities:
    • 8 exam rooms
    • Onsite lab
    • Onsite ultrasound
  • Nursery Level: Level III

Certification & Licensure Requirements:

• Board Certification: Must be board certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• State License: Active New Jersey medical license required.
• Additional Certifications:
  • CSR/CDS
  • BLS
  • ACLS
• Fellowship: Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine is required.

Technology & Documentation:

• EMR System: Cerner Millennium and GE Viewpoint
• Trauma Level: Level II designation
