Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of Home Health PT experience (OA experience acceptable)
- OASIS experience required for first-time travelers
- Active AK PT license required (Compact accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with adult and geriatric populations
- Skilled in assessments, evaluations, care planning, and discharge planning
- Experience treating cardiopulmonary, orthopedic, and neurological conditions
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
