Coverage Needed:

• Estimated need up to 3 weeks per month
• Schedule: 24 Hour Call Coverage, 7am-7am
• Specific Dates:
  • December 22-29

Clinical Information:

• General, Trauma ENT, Fracture Call Coverage
• Daily patient volume: 15
• Average 1 trauma ENT need a week, but 3-5 calls for ENT
• Provider will only need assistance from nursing and staff, etc when a consult or surgery comes in during the time
• EMR: Meditech
• Call can be taken from home (if local) or hotel
• Physician will not be in-house, but the ENT may have to occasionally come in to the hospital if required

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified
