5MED MS RN - NOCs - Waukesha Memorial Hospital *AUTO OFFER* Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed. Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, WI or Compact license Minimum Experience: 3-5 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred. MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE Charting Experience Required: EPIC required within last 12 months Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 5 Med unit 53 bed unit 1:7-8 is possible Scrub Colors: Any
