A large academic health system in western Massachusetts is recruiting a permanent OB/GYN to join a team of established providers at a 302-bed community teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Medical School. The role offers a balanced call schedule, a competitive compensation package including incentives and CME allowance, and opportunities to mentor medical students. The location provides a scenic environment with outdoor recreational activities and a vibrant cultural community.
A large academic health system in scenic western Massachusetts is adding an OBGYN to our team of 10 OBGYNs, 8 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
Practice Highlights
- Call of 1:7
- First Call is covered by Certified Nurse Midwives, Second Call is covered by OB/GYNs
- Outpatient Census 20-22 per day
- Average of 650 deliveries annually
- OB/GYN medical students may work on call with you and or go to specific cases with you

Compensation and benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity-based incentive and $17,500 performance incentive opportunity
- 7 weeks time off
- $4500 CME allowance per fiscal year

- Located in western Massachusetts, one hour from Albany and 90 minutes from Hartford
