QSR General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager leadership experience in a location with $3 million in annual sales or more
- Proven track record in P&L oversight, labor management, food cost control, and operational systems
- Strong leadership and talent development skills, with the ability to inspire and retain high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to delivering consistent guest experiences and operational compliance
QSR General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Prior leadership experience within nationally recognized quick-service or fast-casual brands
