This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) providing acute medical-surgical care in a hospital setting, responsible for patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The role includes delegation of nursing tasks, response to emergencies, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Educational Requirements:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
- Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire
- Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) OR MN State Trauma Modules within 1 year from the date of hire.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
Sign On Incentives: $7,500/Associate RNs and $10,000/Bachelor RNs for all eligible RNs with work commit.
