This role is 100% aestheticplastic surgery, specializing in face, breast, and body procedures, deliveredthrough a boutique care model with a private, JCAHO-accredited on-site surgerycenter.

Requirements:

• MD or DO with completion ofan accredited Plastic Surgery residency
• Board-Certified orBoard-Eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Minimum of 3+ years ofhands-on experience performing cosmetic facial, breast, and body procedures
• Proven ability to manage abusy cosmetic surgery practice
• Strong attention to detailand commitment to surgical excellence
• Excellent bedside manner andpatient communication skills
• Ability to ramp quickly in ahigh-demand practice environment
• Willingness to follow andchampion established safety and quality protocols
