Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health travel assignment requiring 2+ years of recent home health experience and OASIS proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Home Health setting with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Caseload includes both Home Health and Hospice patients
- Requires OASIS documentation experience
- No local candidates accepted; must reside at least 50 miles from facility
- Completion of a recent PT skills checklist is required for consideration
- Profile must include complete work history and permanent address
- Maximum of 5 days of requested time off allowed
- All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of consideration
- Supportive team environment with opportunity to work independently in the field
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire PT license or compact license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in Home Health
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Experience with pediatric to geriatric populations required
- OASIS documentation experience required
- At least one supervisory reference from the past year of employment required
- Previous travel experience highly preferred
