You will drive strategic planning, ensure compliance with ACGME standards, and foster a supportive, high-quality educational environment for our residents and faculty. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Oversee all program operations, manage the budget, and develop strategic goals in collaboration with key stakeholders. Curriculum & Education: Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that adheres to ACGME standards. You'll lead faculty development and serve as a mentor to residents, providing supervision and mentorship to ensure their growth and competence. Recruitment & Compliance: Lead the resident recruitment process to attract top-tier candidates and ensure the program maintains full compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Board-certified in Family Medicine (ABFM or ABOFM). A minimum of three years of clinical experience in family medicine within a residency program. Proven leadership and administrative expertise, with a strong understanding of ACGME accreditation standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
