UPMC-affiliated health system in western Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced urologist for ongoing locums bench coverage beginning April 2026.

This role includes a combination of clinic and light call support across affiliated facilities, with APP coverage in place to support daytime consults and rounding.

Position Highlights

• Bench coverage with long-term need

• Mix of clinic and 24-hour call

• APP support during clinic hours

• Low overnight call volume

• Epic / Cerner EMR

• Approximately 5 shifts per month

• Multiple affiliated sites, one location per day

Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8a 4p

• Call: 24-hour shifts (7a 7a)

• First 10 hours included (clinic + early callback)

Compensation

• 24-hour call: $4180

• Callback: $355/hr after 10 hours

• Travel, lodging, and transportation covered per policy

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Urology

• Active PA license or ability to obtain

• Minimum 3 years experience preferred

• Comfortable with clinic and call responsibilities
