Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Labor & Delivery position requiring an AL or compact license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift hours from 18:30 to 07:00
- Assignment length is 13 weeks
- Travelers who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- Holiday coverage may be required as part of the schedule
- Returning travelers and first-time travelers are both eligible to apply
Requirements
- Active RN license in Alabama or compact state required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- No certifications may expire within 30 days of the start date
- Gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months are not permitted
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)
