Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert urology care, including patient assessments, diagnostics, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient management.
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in accordance with clinical standards.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed of the latest advancements in urology medicine.
Required Skills:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with Urology certification or experience.
- Strong clinical skills in urology, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients and healthcare team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications in urology or related specialties.
- Prior experience in an outpatient clinic or urology-specific practice.
- Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and treatment modalities.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA-C).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in urology or a related field.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Willingness to commit to ongoing education and certification maintenance.
- Open to open and closed ACT (Authorized Certification Test) candidates; open to Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
- Candidate selection limited to top three applicants; additional candidates will be requested if necessary.
