A health services organization in New York is currently seeking a licensed Physician, with aFamily and/or Internal Medicinebackground, for a promising opportunity at one of their facilities in Rockland County. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: Standard business Specialty: Family / Internal Medicine Setting: Outpatient Patient Population: Adults Patient Volume: 15 to 20 per day Responsibilities: The Primary Care Physician will: Diagnose and treat a variety of common medical conditions Manage chronic conditions, monitor patients' progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to maintain optimal health Educate patients about their health conditions and help them understand their treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications Conduct regular physical examinations to assess a patient's overall health and detect early signs of diseases or health issues Prescribe and manage medications, including monitoring potential side effects and adjusting treatment plans, as needed Treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and infections Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care and coordination with other healthcare providers Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York Board Eligible in Family and/or Internal Medicine Primary Care background Desired Skills: Board Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine Your privacy is important to us.
