Day shifts only (typically 7AM–7PM), no nights/admissions; assignment Apr 5–Jun 13, 2022; schedule depends on staffing (15–16 start, 3–4 non-teaching daytime hospitalists). - Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist training - Active NY medical license required - Experience managing intubated patients, pressors, insulin drips and ICU-level care - Available for full-day locum shifts (7AM–7PM) during assignment period

Looking for a Hospitalist for a locum practice in New York Coverage dates: April 5, 2022 - June 13,2022 Depends on the # of hospitalists, the facility like to have 15-16 at the beginning of the shift; At least 3-4 non-teaching hospitalists are present 7AM - 7PM; ICU patients will be included in the average census at the beginning of the shift. The facility also have an admitter, they will call for help if needed from 7AM - 3PM; The facility do not use locums for admissions or night shift or mid-shift; Setting: Inpatient, Open ICU, Critical Care - follows pts who are intubated, and on pressors as well as insulin drip. The candidate must be board certified/board eligible and must be licensed in NY.
