Seeking a thoughtful, experienced caregiver for one elementary-aged child starting Dec 27. Flexible holiday hours; then Monday/Thu/Fri 3:00–7:30 PM from Jan 5. Required: proven experience supporting children with ASD. Main focus: creating predictable, hands-on routines that support speech, social interaction, emotional regulation, and independence. Duties: school pickup, transport to activities, meal prep, activity planning, and soothing wind-downs toward bedtime. Must be patient, use gentle, positive guidance, and foster confidence. Have reliable car; Educators, behavioral support specialists are encouraged to apply. Clear communication, honesty, & consistent caregiving are essential.
