TheraEX Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Job Description & Requirements

Active Arizona or Multisate license required.
2 years of recent RN ICU experience required. IMC experience preffred
Must Have Skills/Experience: experience with vented ICU patients
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS,(via the American Heart Association only) NIHSS.
Shift: Night shift Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours Available
Driving License required.
Float Requirements: must be willing to float
Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references from the past year.
Radius Rule: To be considered a traveller, the clinician's address listed on their driver's license must be at least 60 miles away from the facility's location ( Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403). Local clinicians are not accepted by the facility.
