Physical Therapist role; full-time or PRN options; inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health; location varies by facility; ongoing/permanent position. - Must have PT license in state of practice - Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy - CPR/BLS certification - Experience in inpatient rehab or home health preferred - Ability to lift/transfers and document in EMR
