Job Details:
• Work 36 or 48 hours per week schedule
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Saturday/Sunday)
• 12-hour orientation required
• Patient ratio of 5-6 patients
• Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Unit has 38 beds with daily census of 35
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• 2 years of experience in service line required
• Travel experience preferred
• Must be at least 150 miles from facility location
• Altera charting system experience preferred but not required
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Facility conducts drug screening upon arrival including marijuana testing
• Must complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard document deadline: Thursday 2pm CST prior to start date
• Non-billable modules averaging 6-8 hours completed during orientation
• Skills include telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips management, wound care, IV therapy, blood product administration, and various cardiac procedures
