Minimum 1 year of recent Skilled OT experience
At least 1 year within the last 3 years
Inpatient-only experience NOT accepted
OASIS experience REQUIRED
Must be comfortable working independently in the field
Active Washington OT license or Compact license

Home-based visits; therapist must have reliable personal transportation
System groups visits to minimize drive time
Requires proactive communication with care team
High emphasis on documentation quality and timeliness
Orientation provided (all hours billable)

OASIS experience is a HARD STOP
Home Health experience strongly preferred
Not suitable for inpatient-only OTs
