Position Details: As an APC In-Basket Provider, you'll balance your time between direct patient care and assisting a dedicated team of providers with EPIC In-Basket management. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and our team functions seamlessly. Our collaborative approach to patient care means you'll be part of a passionate team committed to community health. You'll have the opportunity to build and nurture patient relationships by managing your own patient panel. Diret patient care (50%) Epic In Patient Management (50%)
Position Highlights:
- Base compensation $127k - $141k. With productivity and patient satisfaction measures, total potential compensation ranges from $149k - $200k
- $15k Hiring Bonus

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
