This position is for a board certified or eligible physiatrist to serve as a medical director in an inpatient rehabilitation facility in Dover, Delaware. The role combines clinical responsibilities with administrative duties, treating 18-20 patients daily and sharing call duties on a 1:4 basis. The physician will also collaborate with skilled nursing facilities, with no call required for those locations.
