At AssuredPartners, our Plano, TX office is hiring for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. As experts in protecting what matters most to businesses and individuals, we’re looking to bring on our next Account Manager to support our Commercial Lines department and deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base. You will partner with our sales team to facilitate day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs, helping the world prepare for the unexpected.

Client Support

o May be first point of contact on some accounts; supports in delivering service to book of business.

o Provides renewal and proposal presentations for delivery to clients

o Guides clients through the renewal process, which may include requesting renewal exposures, submitting requests to carriers based on renewal timetable.

Account Management

o Reviews renewals and proposes changes needed under direction and guidance of senior team members

o Supports in claim review and other risk analysis tasks.

o Performs detailed analysis of accounts receivable reports to deliver information to clients, ensuring accounts are kept in good standing

o Processes or oversees process of change requests/endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audits, and account balance status as needed.

Insurance Expertise

o May be responsible for analyzing market trends and advising clients on changes to policies.

o Proficient in working knowledge of renewal processes and considerations.

o May be responsible for assisting Producers with marketing campaigns

o Seeks opportunities to increase knowledge of insurance contracts, carrier underwriting guidelines, and coverage options.

o Assists in the development of strong business relationships with insurance company personnel to enhance business relationships.

Leadership

o Provides mentoring and guidance to more junior team members, such as Account Coordinators.

o Other duties as assigned.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. P&C License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
