Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical unit with BLS and NIHSS certification requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Medical Surgical Unit
- Patient population includes a variety of adult medical and surgical cases
- Shift schedule is 07:00-19:30 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- 13-week contract assignment
- Responsibilities include providing direct care to adult Med/Surg patients
- Must submit verification documents and BLS card images as part of compliance
- COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration
- Local rates apply only to RN candidates residing in specific listed states
Requirements
- Active IA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a Med/Surg setting
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- Online license verification dated within 30 days of start must be provided
