RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in the Diabetic Endocrine Unit on 6 South with a 1:5 patient ratio
• 23-bed unit with staffing of 6 RNs and 1-2 PCTs per shift
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per schedule period (4 weeks)
• Float to all acute care areas including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neurology, and orthopedics
• Perform general medical surgical practices and procedures
• Use Meditech electronic medical record system
• Must have BLS certification and strong time management skills
• Royal blue scrubs required for dress code
• No specialized equipment required for this unit
