Our client in Cumberland is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker - 2nd Shift

Location: Cumberland, WI

Pay Range:  $18.25/hr

Shift:  3p-11p, Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Follow established procedures to support daily operations
• Operate machines and package products
• Help with various activities to ensure smooth workflow in the production environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist team members as needed to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Pass a pre-employment test for problem solving and work styles
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
