Overview:

As a leader within your unit, you will utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, and implement care that promotes positive outcomes. Your expertise, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity will ensure high-quality services while supporting the department’s strategic goals. Pay Package: $2,404 Weekly
Schedule: 10 hour Day Shift
Required Skills:
- Ability to assess learning needs and implement effective teaching strategies for diverse patient populations.
- Strong delegation, communication, and leadership skills to manage interdisciplinary team resources effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good judgment and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and data evaluation.
- Experience working with confidential information and in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Leadership experience, including supervising or managing team members.
Other Requirements:
- Current RN license valid in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving exertion, such as moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, and compliance with regulatory standards related to healthcare practice.
- Must work in patient care areas with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases; occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications and waste.
