Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Aim Higher ABA provides in home and daycare based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer expert assessment and child-centered compassionate care, all scheduled at the family's convenience. 

The RBT position will involve providing ABA therapy for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). 

Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) Duties:

• RBTs provide direct 1 on 1 therapy in the home or in community schools. 

• Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis 

• Data collection and session note submission 

• Maintain respect for clients and protect the wellbeing of clients during treatment sessions 

• Other tasks as assigned 

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Benefits For Full Time Employees: 

• Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 

• Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

•  Male preferred

Treatment Programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
