Job Description:
Compensation : $130000 - $140000 Job ID : 38880
Job Function:
- Conducting thorough health assessments and diagnosing both acute and chronic conditions.
Developing, coordinating, and managing individualized treatment plans.
Prescribing medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care and patient education.
Job Requirements:
- Clinical Leadership experience preferred.
- NY State License .
- Board Certified Family Medicine.
- Current BCLS .
- Current DEA Certificate.
