A Healthcare Facility is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in the Rockland County Area of NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and daily unit operations

• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures

• Mentor and provide guidance to nursing team members

• Maintain high standards of resident care and compliance

• Review resident records and monitor care quality

• Address concerns or feedback from residents and families

• Serve as a liaison between unit staff and senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (State requirement)

• 3+ years of experience in long-term care preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a charge or supervisory role preferred

• Strong computer and documentation skills

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
