She Recruits is partnering with a long-standing, community-focused health organization in Staten Island, NY to bring on a dedicated Primary Care Physician. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Compensation & Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel in alignment with best practice standards.
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, review medical histories, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Manage and coordinate medical care for scheduled, walk-in, and referred patients.
Collaborate closely with the care team, participating in daily huddles and case discussions.
Engage in ongoing care planning for high-risk patients and provide appropriate referrals when needed.
Ensure timely follow-up on abnormal test results or exam findings.
Foster cultural sensitivity and patient-centered practices in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Active New York medical license and registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care specialty
BLS certification required
