The position is for a Family Medicine Physician Medical Director responsible for both outpatient clinical care and administrative leadership duties in Lancaster, NH. The role includes managing patient caseloads, participating in community calls, and potential advancement to Division Chair. Compensation includes a base salary plus wRVU incentives, a full benefits package, and relocation assistance, targeting candidates committed to long-term practice.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician Medical Director for a full time outpatient position with potential interest in a Division Chair role in Lancaster, NH. The ideal candidate must be Board Certified or eligible in family medicine and have a minimum of 5 years of outpatient primary care practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $296,579 base plus wRVU + $15,000 for Medical Director stipend

- $20-25k Sign-On/Retention for years 2 and 3, and up to $19,000relocation/rental assistance

Position Highlights:
- 28 hours of patient contact per week, with an additional 12 hoursfor administrative duties (3 office-based and 9 as Medical Director). Flexibleschedule, especially with potential Division Chair responsibilities.
- Manage a caseload of 20-24 patients per day.
- Seeking a provider planning to stay and practice for a minimum of5-10 years.
- Participate in community call, including care for local nursinghome patients (schedule TBD).
- Supported by an RN Team Leader and a designated Medical Assistant.
- Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation for efficientdocumentation.
- Excellent IT and marketing support to help build patient volumeand achieve wRVU targets
