• Requirements: Board Certified, Active Illinois License, ACLS, BLS.
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (flexible). Will consider providers with 1 week of availability. 24 hour call with 30 minute response time.

• Case-mix bread and butter neurosurgery and trauma
• NP onsite from 7a-7p.
• Collaborative environment with trauma, critical care, and hospitalist teams
