We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our well-established family medicine practice in Danville, CA within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group .
- Our practice offers a collegial environment with 4 family medicine physicians, 1 internal medicine physician, 1 pediatrician, 5 physician assistants, and 3 nurse practitioners who are supported by experienced MAs, scribes, and administrative staff
- We are looking for an advanced practitioner that would like to plant roots in the community and stay with our practice long-term, as we pride ourselves on having an exceptional team culture, and many of our providers and staff have been in the practice for 10-15+ years
- This role would divide time between our main primary care office (where you would see patients of all ages for the full breadth of primary care services) and our walk-in clinic (for immediate care services)
- Offering flexible part-time or full-time schedules with clinic hours Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of primary care experience is required.
- State licensure and board certification are required.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.

The salary range for this role is $166,400-187,200 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
