HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technician First Assist for a travel assignment in Clarksville, Tennessee. This is a day-shift role with call requirements and no floating.

Assignment Details

• Location: Clarksville, TN

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: January 12, 2026

• Shift: Days

• Shift Times: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM

• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts per week

• Floating: None

Call Requirements

• Weekday call: Two evenings per week from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Overnight call: One overnight per week from 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend call: One weekend every 6 weeks (5:00 PM Friday – 7:00 AM Monday)

Unit Overview

• Number of Beds: 12

• Patient Ratio: 1:1

• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• First Assistant Certification: Required (NBSTSA)

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a surgical scrub technician

  • Proven First Assist experience required

• Certifications: BLS required
