Customer Service Representative supporting intermodal operations by handling customer inquiries on freight availability, shipment tracking, and documentation (bills of lading, TSA forms). Requires at least 2 years' intermodal/transportation customer service experience, strong communication, data entry and audit skills, hazardous materials training, and proficiency with Microsoft O365; role is full-time, on-site and involves collaboration with regional intermodal teams. Primary duties include answering calls/emails, daily freight notifications, shipment audits, documentation maintenance, and supporting container acceptance and onboarding/training processes.
