- Flexible shifts with majority of work hours Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Every 3rd weekend requirement
- Home health/home based care setting
- Must have 1 year of experience and experience with OASIS forms
- Common diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint issues, and spinal injuries
- 1.5 - 2 week floor specific orientation provided
- Home setting experience preferred but not required

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
