RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend requirement
• Patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1 in a 32-bed unit
• Float requirements to stepdown and medical surgical units
• Must pass medication and math competency test with 90% passing grade before assuming medication administration responsibilities
• 2+ years of critical care experience required
• Required certifications: Current Arkansas nursing license, BLS, ACLS
• CCRN certification preferred
• Work with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Fast-paced environment seeking upbeat and driven nurses
• Black scrubs required, no open-toe shoes permitted
• No call requirements
