About the Opportunity

A well-established regional healthcare organization in western Connecticut is seeking two Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join its growing primary care network across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton. These are full-time, direct hire positions with a stable, patient-centered group focused on high-quality outpatient care.

The group offers a supportive, team-based environment with strong administrative backing, modern practice facilities, and an emphasis on continuity, prevention, and chronic disease management for adult patients.

Position Highlights

• Two full-time employed outpatient primary care positions (IM or FM)
• Practice locations across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton, CT (final site(s) to be aligned with candidate preference and practice needs)
• Established patient panels with strong referral network and community presence
• Monday-Friday schedule with a focus on work-life balance (minimal call, details to be discussed)
• Multi-disciplinary team including APPs, nursing, and care coordination support

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut medical license
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based primary care and collaborative practice
