Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a day shift home health travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Home health setting serving the Cumberland region
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• May be required to float to other facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
• No travel pairs or groups allowed
• Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
• Candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local and subject to local rate
• Returning employees must notify if employment within the past 12 months
• Orientation and compliance documentation must be completed prior to assignment start

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Current driver’s license required
• License required if applicable
• Must provide Social Security Number and Date of Birth for consideration
