Internal Medicine Physician (Inpatient Rehab) Post-Acute Care Central Massachusetts Worcester, MA
Opportunity Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in a post-acute setting
- Conduct inpatient rounding and manage chronic/acute conditions
- Ensure accurate documentation and billing through EMR (Gehrimed)
- Adhere to CMS guidelines and support quality improvement initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual compensation: $252,000 $302,000 (fee-for-service; uncapped productivity)

Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
- Experience in post-acute or SNF settings preferred (not required)
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
