A well-established, physician-led neonatal practice is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a collaborative care team supporting aLevel III NICU in Odessa, Texas. Position Highlights
24/7 in-house NNP coverage within a supportive, team-based environment
Close collaboration with Neonatologists who prioritize communication and shared decision-making
Modern Level III NICU with strong interdisciplinary support

Key Responsibilities
Participate in daily NICU rounds with the neonatology team
Provide support to the newborn nursery as needed
Attend and manage high-risk deliveries with support from a dedicated neonatal resuscitation team

Salary range: $120,000 $190,000 (commensurate with experience)
